They maintain their 5 star rating by lying to the Transport Reviews web host by saying that they can't confirm you as a customer. I hope you appreciate the lengths that people take to make sure feedback remains posted.

I was contacted numerous times with promises of resolving the claim but they were all empty promises, as Transport Services is only interested in having the feedback removed. I still do not have resolution to the issue below.

Transport Services brokered the transport to Enclosed Auto Express and will not provide any follow-up or meaningful action for damages incurred by the transport company! As of this posting I still do not have resolution.

All of my calls either go to voicemail or is answered by "customer service" without action. To-date- I have reported the damage to my insurance company and will be out of pocket for the deductible+.

I wrote the following message to "Customer Service" and the only response I received was when I first posted this feedback. They are interseted in getting the feedback removed but haven't communicated any steps that they have taken to resolve my claim.

To whom it may concern: I contracted your company to transport my 1967 Camaro from Westfield, Indiana to Corpus Christi, Texas. On 6/20/09 I received the car in a damaged condition.

I immediately left a voicemail with your service to report the damages and initiate the claim. On 6/22/09 I followed up with your company. I then received insurance carrier information from Nicole.

Since that time I have received nothing but stall tactic after stall tactic. The claim was reported to Greg Hawkinson (Owner of Enclosed Auto Express) by his insurance carrier and Greg immediately asked them to cancel the claim and indicated he would “handle it himself”.

The fact that the car was damaged was never in dispute. The driver immediately acknowledged the damage and even asked that I not report it as he would “handle it himself”. I indicated the damage on the BOL and the driver acknowledged on the BOL by signature.

I have attempted to follow a formal process for claims management but again, I have not been successful. I have contacted Greg Hawkinson on numerous occasions, actually too many times to count. I have also left messages for a member of your management to contact me and I have still not been contacted.

It’s obvious to me that Greg Hawkinson is unwilling to do the right thing. He has accused me of not reporting the claim in a timely manner, inflating estimates, submitting illegal estimates, and most recently hanging up on my wife. He has told me that I have to accept the lowest estimate, he stated that he has the right to choose the repair shop and I have to take what he is offering.

He initially offered 50% of the damages based on his (California) body shops estimate from pictures and most recently 25% of the damages based on the fact the we are annoying him, with the stipulation that we accept payments. He also threatened to file bankruptcy to avoid paying anything at all.

I have been dealing with this issue since 6/20/09 and I think it’s time that your company stand behind your "5 Star Rating". I didn’t contract Enclosed Auto Express. I contracted Transport Services Online.

I have tried everything I know short of hiring an attorney. I’m trying this approach to get someone to try to help resolve my claim amicably. The “Terms and Conditions” state [I further understand that there may be times that we may have to broker out service to a certified fully insured carrier] That statement implies that damages will be resolved.

Transport Services brokered the transport to Enclosed Auto Express (Greg Hawkinson) and I’m left holding the bag.
