we requested quote 3 weeks in advance of pick up date. Sales person never stopped calling to see if we made a decision. I specifically stated I only wanted to deal with a carrier, not a broker and he assured me they were a carrier and we would receive door to door service, no on and off. The care was to be picked up 8/22. We were flying to Memphis 8/26 and wanted the car there 8/27. There was one excuse after another why the car wasn't being picked up. The pick up was handed over to a broker and Transport Svc could not pick the car up. I had to meet the (broker) truck on the N.J. Turnpike two hours before my flight, otherwise it would not have been picked up. I was assured car would be in Memphis evening of 8/27. Again, I was given excuse after excuse why car was not in Memphis. It finally arrived 8/28 at 11:30 PM, 13 hours before my flight back to N.J. I asked for discount off price for all our trouble and was told no, and perhaps I would get a discount on my next transport. Like I would ever dial that # again.
