This is now the second post regarding Transportation Services, the 1st post was removed by them because they claimed they “The reason for removal is that Transport Services is unable to locate your order and has no way of proving that you are a customer of theirs.” Which is just another validation that these guys are very dishonest & unethical.

I have since provided the actual contract and the actual Bill of Lading from the actual trucking company that picked the car up.

I was told that my car would be picked up on June 25th or June 26th in California and delivered to Virginia They informed me that the driver would call the night before to confirm pickup time. No one called; I called and spoke to a customer service agent (Nicole Nelson) who informed me that my car was scheduled to be picked up the next day. Next day, still no call and no pickup. So after 3 days of the same BS I then ask to speak to the manager (Corrie Hect) who is not available to speak with me. Next day still no call, no pickup. I have been calling every day sometimes twice a day to see when my car will be picked up. They keep telling we they are working on it, finally on July 2nd a week after my car was to be picked I call and I am told they have a driver but it will now cost $100.00 more for a fuel surcharge and that my car will be picked up on Friday July 3rd. I finally, after many request speak to the manager Corrie Heck who aggressively starts telling me the backlog and that the additional surcharge is the only way my car is going to get picked up period. Through out the many exchanges with Transport Services I was told that the terms and conditions which were never presented, sent or mentioned to me state they won’t refund my deposit. So now it is Friday the 3rd of July, I have cancelled plans for a my July 4th vacation so to be here to accommodate Transport Services, and still no phone call and no pickup.

When I spoke to the manager regarding why I wasn’t told at the time of placing the order for transporting the car of the backlog and why the situation that he describe was literally 600+ cars waiting to be picked up in California was not disclosed. He became aggressive telling me that if I don’t want to pay the fuel surcharge that in all likelihood my car would not be picked up anytime soon. He refused to provide me a refund.

These folks at Transportation Services are running a scam, lock you into an agreement without disclosing the actual terms and conditions, holding you hostage and then extorting additional monies under the description of fuel surcharges to actually pickup the vehicle. I’m still waiting for the vehicle to be picked up over a week later. The car was finally picked up 12 days after they promised me and I did have to pay the surcharge. I really wish they would be honest and straightforward. I would never do business again with Transportation Services.
