I used this company to transport a vehicle from California to Missouri. However, the deal didn't go through with the bank. I called the company spoke with Jeremy, he did mention there no refund policy, but after listening to my story and understanding the situation, he agreed to refund me half the amount that I paid, considering there policy. However at the end Jeremy went ahead and refunded the full amount back to my account. If I ever need to use transport services again, this is definately the company I'm going with.
