My main intention in placing this bad feedback here is not to put any business down. My intention is help people not to have the same problem I had using the service of this company. Take 5 minutes or less in reading this feedback and make up your mind whether you should use the services of this people or not. Just open your yes. They think after all the aggravation you are about to read below I am just happy because finally I got my car. Big mistake they will hear very soon.

Car was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday – 2/25/2009
Supposed to be delivered Sunday – 3/01/2009

Car was picked up on Thursday 2/26 or Friday 2/27 – Not sure
Car was delivered only on Wednesday March 11 – from Florida to Peachtree City, suburb of Atlanta in Georgia USA. This is true, USA, it was not going to foreign country.

First contact with the office: Wednesday March 4 – Office contacted driver and tell me he would contact me. It didn’t happen

Second contact with the office: Thursday March 5 – Driver made first contact at 12:15 PM and would bring the car any time after 5 PM. Called back at 5:45 PM saying that would not be possible to deliver the car that day. Could not take the car out of the truck because other car that couldn’t be delivered was blocking the car. Would try to make the delivery on Friday.

Friday March 6 I called him and told I would be home until 1 PM or after 9 PM. He said would come at night by 9 PM. I called him back to at 6:45 to confirm I would be home by 9 PM, he said 9 PM was too late for him.

Saturday morning March 7 He called and told I had to give him money to deliver the car. I couldn’t understand because I had no idea what money he was talking about since my wife had made full payment for the service. I asked how much was and he said $200.00. I told him I wasn’t supposed to give him any money. I called the company in Florida, guess if they answer the phone on Saturdays!!! In this mean time my wife was overseas, I called her and she said not to give him any money since this was not the deal she had with the transport company. When he felt that I wasn’t willing to give more money was when he explained to me it was a COD on the invoice. Did you get the point: he was trying to get some extra bucks. Follow reading this you will understand why I say this. I decided to give him the money because my main concern was to get the car and then we will straight up the situation with the company in Florida. I cashed the money and called him. He didn’t delivery the car.

Sunday March 8 He asked me to go to his place since He could not make to my place and gave the address but after using all the internet tools like yahoo, MapQuest, Google, etc I found the number on the street does not exist. I called him back and he told me to get off at the exit 62 off highway 285 and make right turn and called him from there .Of course I didn’t do it since the car was supposed to be dropped off by my door. I wanted to make sure if the COD fee was on the invoice and asked him to fax it to me. He did after two or three hours, the fee was there but I do not know if the invoice is really the original one.

Monday March 9 I called the transport company in Florida to complain about everything was going on and about the COD. They decided to pay the $200.00 since this fee was not on the agreement with them. They called him and told him a check would be mailed to him but he didn’t agree in getting payment by check. So the payment was wired.

Tuesday March 10 I called him in the morning around 9:45 AM he said the amount wired wasn’t in his bank account. I called the company in Florida and they confirmed the money had been wired and would find down and get back to me. About 2 PM I called them back since I hadn’t heard from and the money transfer didn’t go because the name on the bank account didn’t match with his name. In the afternoon the money was wired again and he got it. Would come to deliver the car at night and didn’t come.

Wednesday March 11 – He called in the morning, 8 AM, asking what time I would be home. I aid maybe after 4 PM and would call back to let him to know. I called him at 1:05 PM and told him I would be home from 3 PM to 7 PM. On the way home I stopped by the Police Department in Peachtree City and asked for instruction how to do if the car was delivered with some damage or different mileage. About 3:59 PM I called the company in Florida, they made contact with him and he told them would be around till 5 PM. He called at 4:45 PM asking for my address and said to be on the way.

Finally the car was delivered at about 6:15 PM.
Guess what: When they picked up the car the tank was ½ full and was delivered almost empty.
Look to this: The mileage was 218 miles higher than the time when it was picked up.

Thursday March 12 – I called the office in Florida explained to them about and the girl who spoke to me said she would talk to the drive and would call me back. I told her this was one of the biggest joking I ever had heard since the driver never would tell her he knew anything about. Besides that she said would fax to me a paperwork from the insurance company allowing to fill for a claim looking for some compensation for the gasoline and 218 mileages spent. . She never called me back and fax never came.

Friday March 13 – Once more I had to call her because I knew she never would call. She said that nothing they could do because the driver is a person of their trust. Once more the fax never came.

I have more detail but avoid to place here because this feedback will be more than annoying than it already is.

I thank you very much for reading this feedback, my appreciates. It was for your good.
