I needed to get a pickup truck transported from San Diego to So. Maryland. I was overwhelmed by the adds I saw online and didn't know which to pick. I narrowed my choices down to two because of the lower prices, after all, everyone touted the same thing...trust us,trust us.TRUST US !!!
A phone call came from Daniel at Transport Services asking if I was interested in booking with them because they had a cancellation on a truck that was available the next week. I questioned their prices because it was a few hundred dollars higher than the companies that I was deciding on. He explained they owned their trucks and my vehicle would not be shuffled from transport to transport. When I questioned the insurance coverage he faxed me that information and a few phone calls later the validity of that information was verified.
I booked with them and I'm glad I did. My vehicle was put on the transport by Leon who took great care to position and secure it. I received follow up calls from Raffaella letting me know when the vehicle would be picked up, the drivers name and cell phone #. and later calls to see if I was satisfied. Leon called me during the last few days of transport to keep me informed when to expect the delivery. When the truck arrived it was in the same spot on the transport with no added mileage. Leon was efficient,courteous and it was a delight to do business with him.
Raffaella, Daniel and Leon made this such a painless experience and I thank them for their help !
I can't say enough about Transport Services and will recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a transport company. They rate four stars in my book !
