Great Experience with Transport Services

I was extremely pleased with Transport Services. This was the first time I was moving out of state and I was not sure which carrier to rely on. I got a number of quotes from various carriers and I spent a lot of time researching. I spoke to Daniel at Transport Services and he walked me through the whole process. He directed me to certain review sites and explained me the differences between the terminal to terminal and door to door service and various customer experiences with the same. He recommended door to door and I would say that was the best choice. He is extremely informative and helpful.

My car had a lot of stuff in it and I was worried about the safety of it (besides the car itself). The entire experience was a breeze. I have some special words for driver (Gosh, I forgot his name....) he called me Friday evening when he picked up the car. He had inspected the car before loading onto the carrier and mentioned some minor wear on the car. He gave me an estimated time when he would reach Dallas. On Monday night I called him and he was extremely polite in letting me know that he would be near a Walmart or some big store by midnight. I inquired whether I could pick up the car Tuesday morning and he was gracious to let me know that I could call him any time after 6 a.m and he would drive to my place and deliver the car. The car was delivered in perfect condition with everything in it safe. I woud recommend Transport Services to everybody. Initially I was trying to see if I could save 50-100 bucks with a different carrier, but honestly it is not worth it. The peace of mind you get with them is more important
