Transport Services was the only provider to call me on several occasions, leaving their callback number to attempt to secure my business. Then, Jarrett shared the possible pitfalls of the less than noble profession of OTR trucking services. He answered my questions directly without fear tactics. He responded to my challenges of his opinions about everything from deposits to damage responsibility to terminal delays.
