Dealt with salesman MIKE very smooth talking and knowledable,had all the right answers. Gave an inital quote of $750 to deliver a hearse but bumped it up to $850 after a couple of days considering its size-no problem for me.Granted weather was bad and holidays interferred but never did receive the vehicle despite numerous phone calls and e-mails that were not responded to.COMPLETE SHUCK AND JIVE OUTFITGot my deposit back from Visa 1/14 as I was not willing to go thru this company refund policy of certified mail "request of deposit refund" Found ouy later that numerous complaints have been filed with the BBB-I should have done my homework betterand paid less attention to the reviews{how many are legitimate ?] Please do your homework,never give a deposit up front and be wary of slick salesmen.
