I moved from Austin, TX to San Jose, CA and didn't plan to use them in the first place.
I just called to ask for an estimate, and the customer service said to have an official quote I needed to give my Credit card number "for reservation purpose" only no biding at all. After that I found out they charged my card. Here are 3 THINGS that made me pissed for a so called 5 star ratings company:

- THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD BEFORE YOU EVEN SIGN THE ORDER: I haven't signed anything, not even e-signed, but they charged my credit card $150 as if I already placed an order. This happened TWICE. I had 2 cars to move, the first quote was for my Mitsubishi, and they charged my card before I signed anything. In the light of that experience, for the second car, I told them only give me a quote and wait for my official confirmation. They DIDN'T LISTEN, and charge the card another $150. After that, I let them know I didn't want to move the second car with them. The reason I used them to move my first car because they said if didn't used them, I'd lose $150XXXthe reservation thing is not true.

- THEY PROMISE TO REFUND - TO MATCH PRICE - BUT NEVER DO IT: I found a cheaper price from another mover and asked them to match. They AGREED to meet me half way and promised to credit back to my Credit card $25. I NEVER RECEIVE THAT!

- THEY TALKED AS IF THEY HAVE TRUCKS, BUT THEY'RE JUST BROKER: At first while talking with the customer service, I thought they were not broker. I of course preferred dealing with Movers who have trucks XXXthis may be hard to find. Some days after the conversation, the driver called me and said "My truck broke down. You may want to contact YOUR BROKER to find you another driver..."

For TransportServicesOnline, I'm sorry but I think you should take down your phone greeting message claiming about the 5 star ratings/service blah blah blah
