I originally tried using a different transport company, after making me hold for over 30 minutes, they tried adding on additional fees on top of an already higher base price, their customer service was also atrocious and they insisted that it would be impossible for me to ship my car at the dates and times I requested.
I later heard about Transport Services through a friend, he told me they were good, prompt, and reliable. I figured they couldn't be worse than my initial experience. When I called Transport Services, they picked up the phone immediately and I didn't have to hold at all. They were able to get my car transported at a time and date that was convenient for me. The service was excellent, and everyone I spoke to from the company was very nice and helpful. They fulfilled my needs that other companies told me would be impossible to fulfill. My car arrived on time at its destination in Michigan and was in perfect condition.
I had an excellent experience with Transport Services and would recommend using them to anybody I know. Thank You Transport Services for giving me a wonderful experience with your company, I look forward to using you again sometime soon.
