I got assured over phone and the following were told repeatedly before I signed the contract and made the initial payment that

1. They are not Brokers
2. Have their own trucks for doing the shipment
3. A Five Star Rated Shipping Company.

Made a payment of $135 as reservation money on 12/22 and signed the contract electronically. They did not pick up as per the scheduled pick up date verbally promised. Had to leave my car to my neighbor's garage as I was relocating myself and family to Colorado Springs. Made several calls, sent emails, left voice messages but no one bothered to respond back. Their Customer Support Number was Out Of Service for most of the time.

I ended up paying a lot for extending my car rental. At last I could reach Ryan (another sales representative) who assured over phone and email that the car will be picked up on 01/03 (8 days after expected pick up date) and he ensured a guaranteed delivery by 01/05. Again the car was not picked up on 01/03 and was picked up pretty late at night on 01/04.

The driver didn’t deliver it as per the “Guaranteed” delivery date on 01/05. He called at noon on 01/06 and asked me to keep the cash ready. I still had surprises remaining. After the driver reached in Colorado Springs, he showed me a paper from “UZ AUTO TRANS INC.” and demanded $465 whereas I was supposed to pay balance amount $390 as per contract. He started utmost hooliganism and threatening to take back the car if the money is not paid as per his demand. I wanted to have my car back as already wasted too much money and energy so I paid all the money any received the car.

So this the experience that I had with a "Five Start rated Transport Company".
