Do not use these guys very dishonest

I've actually used this company once before and had different results. That time my car actually was picked up. My decision to move my truck was a little late and when they took the order they had expressed that it would be picked up on Thursday. So I put my order in and they said a driver would contact me 3-5 hours before the actual pickup. I also would not be charged until a driver was dispatched to pickup my truck. So Thursday came and went and no call was made to me, I called them and they said the pickup date was Friday. I agreed to Friday and then Friday came and went and no call. I called again on Friday and nobody answered their phones. So I tried to call Saturday and nobody answered there phones. I then called Monday and they claimed the truck was damaged in a storm and they had to find another truck. Also they said the were about to call me. So they said they needed more money than the actual quote, so I agreed, at this point I just want my truck shipped. So the new pickup date was Thursday, I asked for a drivers number and they said it was against federal regulations to give out he driver's number. And the driver would call before pickup. So, now it's Thursday and no call. I called them and they said the driver had cancelled right before I called and that they could no longer transport my truck. This company is terrible, do not use them. Pay an extra 50 or 100 bucks and go somewhere else.

TO OUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS , WE FEEL TERRIBLE THAT SOMEONE HAS TO READ THIS REVIEW BUT THIS PERSON WAS NEVER A CUSTOMER OF OURS, HE SIMPLY REQUESTED A QUOTE AND WE NEVER CHARGED HIM $1 DOLLAR. WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO SHIP HIS CAR FROM VA TO OK AND HE DECLINED OUR SERVICE. IF YOU READ THE REVIEW THAT HE POSTED , HE STATES HE ONCE USED OUR SERVICE AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. THIS TIME HE REQUESTED A QUOTE AND DID NOT LIKE OUR PRICE SO HE DECIDED TO DECLINE OUR SERVICE MAKE US WORK FOR FREE AND THEN SLANDER OUR COMPANY ON THIS WEBSITE. TRANSPORT REVIEWS IS NOT A LEGIT SITE TO LOOK FOR CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK. APPARENTLY ANY STRANGER OR COMPETITOR CAN JUST GO ON THIS SITE AND LEAVE POSITIVE OR NEG REVIEWS FROM TRANSPORT REVIEWS : We do not require that payment be made to consider them a customer. We simply look to see whether or not they went beyond a reasonable sales and quote process.
