It was my first time to transport a vehicle. So I checked out the companies,looked at their ratings and I was looking for a company that don't contract drivers,since this would make it easier. When I received a quote of 599 from Stan from Transport Services,I called Stan first to make sure that the price is really the overall price,which he said is TRUE. He was very nice answered my questions.Although he said all the drivers and truck were from their company,which I found out was not true. I asked for a 6/27 pick up but I did not notice on the form it said 6/28.When I called 6/27 to ask what time is my pick up the girl said it's scheduled the next day. The next day I called Arie said it was scheduled for pick up Friday,7/1. When I asked why the girl the day before said it was scheduled for Tues, she said she does not know.They were late in picking up the vehicle and they dont even take an initiative to call me with the delay.They only called me after the fact that I called them. The vehicle was picked up 7/6. The driver was okay. He inspected the car and had me signed about the vehicle exterior.The driver delivered the car on time but I was SHOCKED to fine out that instead of paying him the remaining amount on the price which is 400 dol,the remaining amount was 725 dol. He showed me his contract which does say 725 dol.And I was not even aware of any SURCHARGES OR WHATSOEVER. When I called Stan he said he couldn't help me because he has no access to my order details anymore then he transferred me to Arie. Arie then started talking about surcharges,etc. WHICH NOBODY BOTHERED TO TELL ME ABOUT. After the fact of clarifying with Stan twice for any charges so I would be prepared. Arie naturally HUNG UP on me. All I get from Stan was voicemail. I don't usually complain but WHAT THIS COMPANY DID WAS WRONG.THEY MISLED ME. I filed a complaint regarding this company. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY,THEY DONT TELL YOU THE TRUTH.
When I originally posted this review they informed this website that I was not a customer,that they could not find my order no.When I responded to this site's administrator with all my communications with this company,they had put back this review. And then ALAS! Wendy fr. Transport Services left me a message on my cell and emailed me. I responded and left message to her voicemail(what a shocker right?) and email,but no response from her.
I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau,but got a letter dated 8/31 that the COMPANY DID NOT REPLY TO THE BUREAU.THIS JUST SHOWS WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS.I THINK THE GOOD REVIEWS THIS COMPANY IS GETTING IS NOT ALL TRUE,SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
