We got our quote and they told us it would be picked up in the beginning of May ( the date we arranged) the dealership we bought the popup camper from called us that morning and told us that they wouldnt be there till Sat. ( no big deal) Sat. turned to Monday which turned to 2 or 3 days.......Two weeks later they told us they were getting a new driver that would be there in 2 days. I called 4 days later and was told that due to a hang up at an auction in NC it would be a few more days...(still not a big deal) a week later I called back and was told that a driver would be in GA that night and will get it when he is done delivering his loads. When asked a date they wouldnt give me one. After three weeks they quit calling to update me. After a month we called a different company (Fast Auto Movers) They were great they spent 45 minutes on the phone with me, educating me on how the process works. Informing me that paying an upfront deposit (which Transport Services asked for(and I paid)) is not common practice. DON'T DO IT!!! Fast Auto Movers was not the cheapest but they were honest. They told me they could get it the next day...and they did they camper arrived at my house two days later right when they said it would...I know have been in the process of getting my deposit back from TS for 3 weeks now. They are a scam! I will be posting this as many places as I can until I get my deposit back!. DONT USE THEM!
