Dealing with Transportation Relief from the Customer Service representative to Dispatcher was extremely pleasant,efficient and painless. I called approximately 2 weeks in advance and requested a specific date and had no problems what so ever. The Dispatcher inspects your entire vehicle before loading on there truck and writes down any dings or scratches beforehand then again after it is delivered.
