I had never transported a vehicle before, but do to my job they transferred me from Pennsylvania to Texas. So when I received an email and a call from Transport Relief they were very professional and had a fair quote so I decided to use this company. My original pick up date was for February10. on February 8 I received a phone call from Transport Relief with news that they were going to miss my pick up date. which caused great concern I needed my car for my new job. After speaking with Trish she assured me it was out of there control and that my file has been updated to Priority which at first I thought I had made the wrong decision but boy was I quickly surprised. There dispatch team worked as late as 11:30 p.m. for 2 days(I know this because they were on the phone with me) to Finally get my car picked up. All I can say is THANK YOU to this company because they didn't stop until they got my vehicle picked up, and it was only two days late from the original pick up date. Thank you to all the Dispatch Team who worked non-stop to get me my Hyundai to Texas in perfect condition. I have recommended this company to all my co-workers that from time to time get transferred to different locations. If I ever have to move again without question im calling TRANSPORT RELIEF !!!
