Posted my vehicle shipping requirements on USHIP.com. This company came in with what seemed like a super price. They have a high tech web site that is designed to basically rob you as they draw a check on your account cyber authorized by yourself etc etc.. I gave them a $100 deposit on a total "contract" price of $589. They told me to expect the car to be picked up within 5 days. Sometime after that I called to inquire where my vehicle was and I was told they couldn't get a truck to take it for the fee posted ($489) and if I wanted it shipped I would have to "cough" up more money. I insisted they were bound to follow through on the agreed price to which they (Steve) responded "READ THE CONTRACT"!! They jacked me for a further $150 for me to see my car. In my opinion this company is very shady ..in fact I think it borders on being criminal how they operate. Stay as far away from this company as you can if you need a vehicle shipped. If you google the name you will see numerous cases of unhappy clients. They have been in business long enough to have fully known a trucking company wouldn't find their initial price acceptable. Its all about getting unsuspecting and inexperienced people like myself to be duped by their low quote. They collect their $100, post it on a website called "Central Dispatch" and that is the last you will hear from them. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further info on my totally negative experience with Transport Relief!!Stick to one of the many brokers who don't take a fee upfront like this outfit does!
