In a world where a lot of people don't care about what kind of customer service they give, It was refreshing to actually talk to Paul Murphy at Transport Masters. He didn't just through a number out and hang up quickly. Paul's caring attitude and sincerity for your situation was evident from the moment he responded to your questions and needs. He wasn't short and rushing us off the phone, and reassured us that his he and his company cared about your vehicle and situation. AND they did not disappoint! As soon as we signed his agreement, he went to work. Within 12 hours he was calling us back with a date and time of pick up and delivery date. Our vehicle was picked up by 8 am in Northwestern Ohio and in Queens NY within almost a 24 hour period!. The transported was quick, attentive and very professional. The price was fair with no added surprises. Paul Murphy and Transport Masters is in our Roladex for any future needs we may have! Thank you Paul - you made us feel like friends ! Great guy and great company - you won't be disappointed!
