I spoke with Robert on Thursday and told him that I had to have my BMW that I had bought picked up in Kansas City no later than Monday evening. He said that would be no problem and he would make it before that time. That very evening they called and said that they may have a driver that could pick it up before closing time but it turned out that there just wasn't time to get there. The first thing on Friday morning Robert called and told me that they had a driver on the way to pick up my BMW and that it would be delivered on Monday morning. I received my car on Monday in North Carolina on the day that I thought they would only be picking it up in Kansas. I was very pleased with the quick service and Robert always kept me informed every step of the way. It was a very good experience thanks to Robert staying on top of things and keeping me informed.
