Dustin was great! He handled the overseas portion and rene handled the ground transport. they worked well as a team. I had my car less than two weeks after I place the order- that is record time for a Hawaii transport. Customer service handled any questions I had, and dispatch kept me the loop often. No problems were had.
I got the first email as an automated email right after I requested a quote. I got a call the morning from rene, and got the ball rolling. We discussed pricing and times. He explained that he would only do the ground transport and that Dustin, the overseas expert would handle the rest. Sure enough, Dustin called me within 20 minutes. After talking with him I electronically signed approval for my vehicle to go into their care and two weeks later I had it in my hands.
