Nightmare car - excellent service

Copart Yukon XL was supposed to run and drive and have keys but turned out no keys and no brakes. Driver waited extra hours at Copart, shifted load to get it on by forklift, drove it four hours to his house to unload it with his forklift onto a tilt bed trailer, then drove it four hours to me and four hours back home. Shipper went above and beyond. Oh and the busted brakes leaked brake fluid that peeled his trailer paint. The guy was really worked at Copart but was totally cool to us. The shipping company was very on top of things checking in often and following up with me. Would highly recommend. They also were able to get the driver set up very quickly. They have great connections with drivers.
