Transport Executives (TE) was the 2nd agent who took up the shipping of my van. And I'm very happy I decided to go to them. The first one from Florida was no good "Reliable Car Transportation" be careful of the low quote they dish out to clients.

The agent from TE who gave me the quote was Kate but eventually Michael was the person who got involved in the whole process. He responsed as quickly as possible to my questions and guided me through the process very professionally. It is from him that I realized that delivery location (Clovis, CA) is not the usual route that trucking Co's normally drive which the first agent I used never informed me causing so much delay making me pay more for the rented car I was using for the day to day activities. Michael was really honest in giving me the situation that I'm in and he gave me options that would lessen the problem. Thankfully everything worked out fine and the trucking he used was Pioneer Auto Express a Korean owned Co. They were very nice specially the couple who were driving the truck. The van was dirty but that was expected because of the snow and rain in the east coast.

I would definitely use TE again and would recommend to my friends.
