The company failed to deliver services efficiently - Hidden costs, dishonest sales reps. I recieved many calls from other transporters warning me about a "broker fee" and low ball quotes with an attempt to get business- but increase the price when your car hasn't moved on pick up date. I contacted Ellie more than multiple times , she assured me that I did not need to worry, and that Transport Community is a 5 star company with driver approved rates, (so my rate would not increase). . When it came down to it, the other transport companies were right, my car wasn't moving. I frantically contacted the company, two days later i finally received a call back.It was Daniel this time asking if i could drive my car to a more convenient location for pickup, for more pay 300 extra so that a carrier would actually bid on my vehicle. This is exactly what Ellie assured me would NOT happen. Many extra expenses incurred as a result.
