After my wife let it be known we were looking for a transport company to transport a 2008 Silverado PU we received an text from Edward Price saying that he could get it done for $499.00 including fees, tolls and insurance. The next day I contacted him to tell him that we would accept his bid. So after giving him specifics when,where to be picked up and delivered to. We came to an agreement he asked for my credit card information and I gave it to him and agreed to $199.00 payment for the driver and final $300.00 payment to be made in cash upon delivery. An hour later he called and said the driver needed another $100.00 When I would not agree he became aggressive and argumentative. I told him I would wait on another bid, he said okay. After thinking about it I called another source that had texted me the previous day with a bid for the same cost as Edward had promised me and then did a "bait and switch". I told the rep,Jannette what had happened with Transport Bee and Edward. She assured me that that would happen with her company.So I decided to go with her company. She told me that I would to contact Transport Bee and ask to be taken off his (Edward Price) board so I did just that. Edward became very angry and yelled "I'm not taking you off the God Damed board". At which point I said yes you are you M--F. He hung up.

Herman, this is James Taylor, the general manager. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our company. That said, we disagree with your description of the events that took place. After reviewing the call recordings between you and our salesperson, it was clear that your claims are not supported by evidence. In fact, our rep stayed calm and tried to work with you despite your aggressive attitude and language. At no point was he unprofessional. We cancelled your order as soon as you requested it, at no penalty to you. I hope you have a better experience with whoever you choose. Best wishes.
