The customer service is great, but the shippers responsible for transporting my vehicle were 6 days late, causing me to pay $700 in rental fees. The driver also didn't speak english, so I had to pick up my vehicle 4 blocks away from the location I specified. They need to screen their drivers better, because their performance has the largest impact on the customer.
