I live on the west coast and my son is attending college on the east coast. I needed to get his car to him and started looking for a transport firm. I read a number of horror stories on auto transport services. I did a great deal of research including numerous calls. I found many of the transport services to be a mom & pop operation often operated out of a residence. Basically brokers, not drivers, not even a link to any of the drivers. Apparently many of the transport companies use brokers and don’t deal with the customer directly when arranging transportation. I’m not a fan of communicating with someone other than who is actually doing the work for me. In my search I contacted Transport Luxury Auto and they provided with a couple of referrals. I made those calls and asked several critical questions covering costs, pick up, drop off, guarantees, etc. As is turned out it appeared that Transport Luxury is also a broker without their own trucks or driver employees. At this point with outstanding referrals I decided to move forward and contracted with them.

Transauto Logistics Corp provided the actual transportation of my car...If I had gone to them directly I probably would have save a couple of hundred bucks... next time for sure...

My son’s car was picked up when they said it would be. I was given a direct phone number to the actual transporting group (Transauto Logistics Corp out of Downey CA) dispatcher. He (John) was very patient and very helpful. The car was picked up on time and delivered early without damage and without any issues. In fact, they went out of their way to accommodate me as my son was out of town at the time of delivery. Overall I’m extremely pleased and would certainly use their services in the future. Nice to have promises kept and to receive outstanding professional service.
