This was my first time to have a car transported and I was nervous due to bad reviews I had read about some of the transporters. Pricing was fair. I worked with Paul at TransAuto. He was very prompt in communicating with me throughout the process and I really appreciated the customer service he provided. I shipped in an enclosed trailer. The same truck that picked up the car also delivered it one day earlier than expected. The guys that delivered the car to me had a very nice truck/trailer and were very courteous....Overall, it was a good first time experience and I would not have a problem using them again.
