If you need to be disappointed and lied to this is the place to go.

Examples: One of our drivers will haul the car. Lie. Went right to the dispatch board.

We will pick your car up on Thursday between 10 AM and Noon; we have our driver just a few miles from your location.. Lie I was out of town and had to leave the car in a public lot, unlocked and with the keys inside. It was finally picked up on Saturday night. Late pick-up = late delivery.

When someone finally answered the phone after several tries I asked if it was the policy of the company to hire dishonest help. I asked to speak with the manager. The person answering the call said they would have to go up to the office and have the manager call me. No call.

And finally: When the car finally arrived I found that I had been given a contract at a stated price and Trans Auto had given the driver a contract with a higher price. The driver expected to be paid the extra amount immediately. (They don't treat drivers any better than customers.)

I realize that the company will have a rebuttal to these comments. My suggestion: Don't believe them. Whatever promises they make I would suggest discounting them 100%. There were no storms or any other event that should have caused a delay. No excuses!

We called you 8 times and you did not respond to your calls. We had the driver and dispatcher call you numerous times and no answer. Our drivers cannot wait around for each client as we have many other schedules to work with at once and so he had to leave. We are sorry you did not get picked up. I f you still need your car picked up please feel free to call us.
