Trudy got me out of a major jam all because I thought I would price shop instead of service shop. She warned me that a low price would probably not get my car picked up and sure enough, 2 weeks later and $300 later of wasted money I still had no vehicle. They were able to pick up my car and get it to me within 4 days of my first call. They also helped me get my money back from the brokers that took it. I can't say enough about these guys. LUV THEM!!
