I would have to say I was very hesitant on shipping my car as I have had bad experiences with brokers in the past. My main contact was Michael DiLaura who was excellent. I was pretty paranoid about everything that could possibly go wrong as I had a very small time window for pickup on my car.
Michael not only eased my (somewhat irrationa)l fears, but made sure to update me every step of the way. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my car was picked up in time without any snafus.
I would highly recommend using Trans Auto Transport and more importantly dealing with Michael. After dealing with many snakeoil salespeople in this industry, Michael was a breath of fresh air. He truly cared about making my move as seemless as possible and stayed on top of my car until delivery (which was extremely quick).
Use this company-they actually care about their customers!!!
