I called Marc about a week in advance and and gave him a pick up date i said before 4/9 since that was the day i was gonna leave and he swore up and down that he was gonna get me a driver then he never communicated with me for 6 days to tell me he was either working on it or if he couldn't find a driver I HAD TO CONTACT HIM to see what was going on and at the end he never found a driver he was rude and i had to cancel my order 2 days before my trip. Luckily i found another company before i left. There's no communication. Horrible customer service. And they are really sketchy.
