Cancelled order on day of pick up

On May 13, 2011, I solicted for bids to transport 3 vehicles from Virginia to California and received a quote from Total Car Shipping. I contacted Robert and confirmed the order on May 16, 2011. The pick up date was to be either June 7 or 8. This week, I have contacted Robert several times to confirm the pick up. He always told me to call back and no other agent would give me any information except to say I needed to speak with Robert. This morning, June 8, (after leaving approximately 4 messages for him) I received an email stating he was cancelling the order. Since nearly a month has passed, I am now, unfortunately, back to square one with finding a company to transport my vehicles in less than one week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
