If something goes wrong, they'll not be there to help you. They'll ignore you. They don't uphold agreements either. We'd agreed on a price a month before the pick up date but with only a day before pick update, John told me I had to pay extra $150 to get my car picked up. My car got picked up 3 days late. Then it got delivered late too. Total delivery time 14 days. And my car got damaged. All this time, i left messages and emails to John but he never replied. I also spent a lot on extra rental car extensions.
