I made reservations with Maria Trujillo on the phone in mid December to have my vehicle picked up from San Jose California and to be dropped off to Yonkers New York before January 8th. I made it very clear that I was flying out on the 8th and the vehicle had to be picked up before hand. After taking down my personal information and credit card information she assured me that my car would be picked up between 1/5 to 1/8. On January 6th I called and spoke to Maria mentioned my concern and asked her when my vehicle would be picked up she said we have until the 8th so we have plenty of time. I never heard back from them. On the day of my flight I called her early in the morning she said I'm not in my office I will call you back in 3 hours. After calling her throughout the day and, speaking to John who said he was in charge I found out that they had never assigned a driver to my order to begin with. I even said to them I called you on January 6th if you did not have a driver why couldn't you tell me and I would find another company!! Had I not called them I would of never heard from them. By 6pm she said she had found a driver to take my vehicle but only thing he would drop it off to me in Bay Plaza which is about 30 minutes away from the original delivery location. I told Maria I was not comfortable picking up my vehicle so far away she kept insisting that it was Yonkers. When I made it clear to her that I'm very familiar with that location given the fact I've lived in NY my entire life she backed off and said listen this is it take it or leave it which at that point I canceled with them. If you value your car DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They give you a very low quote to bring you in then they leave you stranded. Now there excuse is there was a storm and they had no drivers. By the way there was no storm I flew out on time and my vehicle was picked up in less then 2 days by AUTO TRANSPORT GROUP and delivered to my front door!
