I've used Total Car Shipping before when moving from LA to Boston and had no problems. That's why I was so surprised with my experience this time when I moved from Boston to San Jose, CA. As a broker you could say Total Car Shipping did their job and found a driver for me but the company that ended up shipping my car "His Will For Us Trucking" was a problem. Total Car Shipping pushed me to have my car ready for shipping on a Saturday for a 11am-2pm pick up. Come 3 o'clock no one showed up. I called the driver's cell who said he was still down in PA picking up other cars and that he could get there tomorrow afternoon. Tomorrow afternoon nothing. I called again and he said he couldn't get there until the next day! I had to keep calling and calling him to check in to make sure I'd be here when he arrived. If he's late that's fine but at least be honest about telling me when you're going to be here. The same thing happened when my car arrived 4 days late! Basically he kept picking up more cars from orders that came in and he'll get here w/ my car when he feels like it. When I called Total Car Shipping to explain my situation all the lady said is that they can't do anything and that thing's happen. I'm very disappointed with their service and feel that I should receive the $200 deposit back.

I wanted to clarify that it was the shipping company "His Will For Us Trucking" that I had the problem with.

Kenji, Thanks for using Total Car Shipping. We are really sorry that the driver failed to provide quality service. We are no longer using this driver. Thank you for the feedback and the review.
