Terrible service and the car was damaged.
Hauler not only missed the appointment by a day, but did not even bother to call. He also flat out lied about the pickup arrangements when confronted.
Hauler drove the car without permission during delivery. Odometer difference was four miles. He also lied about it but was caught by the people receiving the vehicle. Somewhere during the process the power steering broke on the vehicle.
Total Car Shipping passed us off to the hauler's insurance company basically wishing us good luck. But our agreement was with Total Car Shipping and not the hauler. We are holding Total Car Shipping liable for $950 in repairs.
