I contacted this company in plenty of time to pick up, approx. 3 weeks. about a week before the scheduled pickup date I called to confirm everything was still on schedule. I was told it was all good to go and the driver would contact me the day prior to the pickup. On the day prior to the pickup nobody called me so I called them at 6PM to find out what was going on. They told me they didn't have a driver available but they would get me one the next week (it was now a long holiday weekend). I was told I would be called either way to let me know what was going on. The following Tuesday I still hadn't received a call so I called them once again. I was told they should have a driver by the end of the day. On Thursday I still didn't hear anything from them so I called and canceled. I am in the military and have been reassigned from Maryland to Texas. I had a final move out date of 4 June. So I had to rent a trailer and pull the car myself. Something I didn't have the time to do on top of moving my entire household across the country. I do not recommend this company unless maybe you have weeks upon weeks to wait for them. And don't expect a phone call back even if they tell you they will call you.
