This should have been an easy service. I reserved the trucking for my XTerra 2000 SUV from 3/31, ample time to schedule a driver. Instead, after calling on 4/14/2010 to confirm, I was given several assurances that "we were working on this". The company missed the deadline of 4/15, but I still called on 4/16 to see if a driver could be assigned. Instead, their Customer Service person simply transferred my call to their dispatcher who was more clueless than the rep. I cannot recommend them, they are NOT professional.
