Car was driven over 70miles during transport & had a traffic violation ticket

I had a bad experience. Even though I was promissed my car would be picked up on the second day and the company guarantied pickup within 3 days, my car was not picked until the 4th day at 9 pm. The agent was very nice and responsive until signing of contract and confirmation. After that she was not accessible. Couldn't contact her for any of our concerns or questions. Also, when I received my car, I realized that my car was driven over 70 miles after being picked up for transport. And not only that but, a week later, I also received a traffic violation ticket for bridge toll not paid. I was really concerned the fact that my car was driven so many miles for who knows what purpose instead of being transported. When I was inspecting my car and I asked regarding the mileage to the VIP driver, he indicated 30 miles was normal and he was impatient and in a hurry to get the money, my signature and leave. I did indicate the mileage discrepancy on the delivery form I signed and tried to report this to Total Transport but never got any response or could get hold of agent. When I tried to call VIP, it was the driver's number. I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
