Great Service - Very Reasonable Price

I have shipped one or more cars back & forth between Massachusetts/Connecticut and Florida every year, for the last 5 years using different carriers & brokers with mixed results. Most brokers/shippers can eventually get your car from one place to the other. The real difference in the performance of the broker/shipper is in my opinion if or how the broker/shipper proactively communicates the status of your transport. Total Car Shipping earns an "A" in this category. I did not need to initiate contact at any stage of this transaction, because Nilda of Total Car Shipping did a fine job of contacting me from initiating the contract, to informing me of the shipper (Sawgrass Transport), to following up along the way. I never had to wonder if anyone was paying attention to the transport. Another nice "plus," was that my credit card was not charged for the broker fee until the shipment was complete! These people are confident that their diligent efforts will be met with responsible customer actions. I like that, and I appreciate the good service. I will ship with them again. By the way, I shipped an almost new BMW convertible, which arrived as if it had gone through the car wash before delivery...almost spotless! (How did they do that after a 1300 mile trip?)
