Nilda was very nice and helpful. The only issue was there was no billing info taken up front. I paid the driver most in cash and the remainder was not taken up front and then I received an e-mail from her boss essentially asking that I pay now or face legal action. This was not Nilda's fault but kind of a weird situation. I appreciated Nilda being helpful working through this and I sent the information to pay the deposit once I received this (promptly I might add) from Nilda.
The actual delivery went really well and I was very satisfied with it. Very quick.
