My booking was easy and smooth. While I never had a problem talking to someone at the company immediately, I never did speak to my mystery contact person Robert. But all the other people there were able to handle any issues I had. The driver, Mike, gave me 24 hours notice before arriving and kept me informed when he was getting close. He was an extremely nice, honest person. The car had some brake and starting problems(old car) and he was very helpful in getting the car off the truck and into the driveway. Customer service is what it's all about and this company provided it at a good price. I used door to door service, not terminal service, so I feel I got an excellent quote.
