the first transporter I gave the job to never gave me any sign of life for 3 days although I had told them that I thought their price was low and expected to be bumped. I contacted Luis at Total Car shipping and explained my concerns and that I new that my delivery point was not a regular route and expected some cost associated. Luis said he had factored that in his quote and asked if he could get back to me inside the next half hour, he called back inside 15 minutes saying he had a driver that could pick up my car the next day Friday and deliver it the following Monday. 8:00am Monday morning my car was at it's destination.
I would highly recommend Luis and Total Shipping to all who are willing to pay a fair price for EXCELLENT service.
