This was my 1st time moving out of state. Tanya was very professional and very helpful. She explained everything to me and keep an open line of communication via e-mail or over the phone to answer any question I had. Once the car was picked up the driver also gave me his number and he called me the day before the car would be delivered. We are relocating again and of course I will be using Total Shipping again. Moving is very stressful; to find a company that understands the type of pressure their customer is under and goes out of their way to make sure that the customers property will be handle with care and delivered on time really speaks volume to me.
