I started out with another transport company for a two way delivery. the first half of the deal was ok, even though the car was wet and full of water spots when delivered because the trailer leaked, then the second half was a total disaster. 13 days after hiring the company I asked for my money back and called Total car shipping and they sympathized with me and put my pick up and delivery a priority. the pick up was on time and the delivery was only a day later than expexted through no fault of Total Car shipping. I am totally happy with the job Total Shipping did getting my car to me, from the first phone call to the actual delivery. it was a very professional job. everyone from the office to the driver was very professional.
