Don't waste your time. Very prompt when they are trying to get your business but that all changes after you sign on the dotted line. Left multiple messages and would seldom return calls. After waiting weeks to get it shipped, I increased the amount by 100 dollars to see if I could get the car moved. Waited another week and the car still didn't get moved. Lost all hope with these guys. I canned them and found a different shipper (which wasn't much better but got the job done). This line of business is a real racket. If a person could bring some credibility to this industry, they would make millions.
