Horrible Service - DO NOT USE

This experience was the worst experience in customer service EVER. I ordered a pickup of a car from CA to DE 2 weeks ago. The pickup date was June 24. The car was never picked up, Sarah then told me that it was all good - driver would contact pickup person and there were just delays, but no worries. Never happenned. Then on June 26, they tell me it will cost an additional $350 ($1600). I agree since I was in a bind now to get the car. Then they call me back and tell me they can do the pickup but cannot deliver one of the parts (hood) that I told them 3 weeks prior had to go with the car. It gets better. So on June 29, I call to cancel the pickup since they cannot find anyone to pick up the vehicle with all of the parts. Sarah confirms they cannot find a driver to take the hood and the car and says "I am so happy you found another carrier, we cannot find a driver to take your car and the parts". I even email her just so that I have documentation of the cancellation prior to scheduling - as per Total's terms. Then I get a call on June 30 that a driver has been dispatched to pick up the car by Total. Luckily the person who was there with the car called prior to giving the ok to schedule a pickup. Unbelievable. I just called to find out what happenned and of course, they won't take my call. Great way to deal with customers. Pay the extra couple of hundred dollars and find a reputable company.
