Although it was a little difficult to reach someone directly each time I called, once a message was left a prompt return phone call was made by the representative I was dealing with named Stan. I was in very close communication with a representative at all times once the car was placed with a carrier, and I was given updates as to when the estimated time of arrival was expected.I believe I received a phone call at least once a day. It arrived in less time then anticipated and the cost was one of the lowest I was quoted. The car was quite dirty when it arrived but I guess that's to be expected on a drive from Miami to LA. All in all I was very very pleased with the service I was given and with the attention I was given by my individual representative, Stan although he did have trouble pronouncing my name. It gave us something to laugh about every time he called, though. Keep up the good work Stan.
