3weeks notice, never even set up a driver

Called them and gave over 3 weeks notice of a car I needed shipped from IL to NJ. Gave theme the exact time and date it would need to be picked up, and was told it would not be a problem.

Called them once it was about a week away to find out driver info and if everything was on schedule. Was told there was no problem, but the actual driver would not be assigned until about 3-4 days out.
Called again 3 days out, was told I would get a call back that night with info. NO CALL.
Called again 2 days out, same thing.
Called again with less than 24 hours to go and was finally told that they did not have a driver for it, and that I could go ahead and look for another carrier....

Throughout the process I spoke to John and Robert, neither one seemed like they gave a damn that they had just screwed up.
Not to mention the person in IL who was to be there for the departure of the car had changed works schedule to accommodate this whole process....

Luckily I found a carrier to pick up the car, but it cost me $200+ more and about 2 hours worth of phone calls to find them. The vehicle is going to be picked up today, so I have no feedback on the new carrier as of yet. Hopefully, they are not shysters like this company.
Would not recommend to anyone, if 3 weeks is not enough time to schedule a truck to go 900 miles, I am afraid of what would happen with any other orders....
